Say hi to Betty! She is about 22 years old and has had a bit of a rough past. She is a shy cockatoo and takes time to come around. Her health check went fabulous, and her plucking has been determined to be behavioral. She most likely will not ever regrow the majority of her feathers. Betty would be best suited for an experienced home ready to take time to build a trusting relationship. Betty is not suitable as a children’s pet.
